Store Policy

All returns are for store credit only - no refunds.  Please email us at hello@odessaboutique.us with any questions prior to purchase. We are more than happy to help!  

Please be aware that all items purchased ON SALE are final sale.

Shipping:

We ship via Fed Ex Ground for all orders in the USA and charge a flat fee of $20.

PLEASE BE SURE YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS IS SECURE - ODESSA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES AFTER THEY ARE DELIVERED TO THE REQUESTED ADDRESS. 

For purchases outside the USA, we ship via UPS Worldwide Saver. The customer is responsible for all duty and taxes in addition to shipping fees. Please be aware that all purchases outside of the USA are not eligible for return and are a final sale.

 

Eligible for Store Credit or Exchange:

Full priced unworn merchandise, defective or broken goods.

Final Sale:

Sale items, items purchased with a coupon code, jewelry, apothecary items, custom orders, swimwear, items that have been worn or show signs of wear, purchases with store credit. All items purchased on sale are Final Sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

If you would like to make a return, please start the process by emailing us within 2 days of receiving your order.  If your order is eligible for a return, you will be issued a RA#.  Please write this number on the outside of the box. Your return needs to be back at our shop 10 days from the first attempted delivery.  We recommend USPS Priority mail which takes 2-4 business days as it's the quickest and most affordable Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we receive your return, your store credit will be e-mailed to you in the form of a coupon code.  Customers are responsible for retaining their credit code.  If you lose your store credit code we are not responsible for issuing a new one.  Store credits are good for one year from the day of issue.  All purchases with store credit are final sale. 

 

Out of Stock:

We have the same inventory online as we do in store.  Occasionally, there may be an inventory discrepancy or error and something you order online may be out of stock, though we try our best to keep inventory accurate and up to date.  In this case, you will be emailed and asked if you'd like something else or the order will be canceled and refunded.

Price Adjustments:

We apologize but Odessa is not able to offer price adjustments or price matching.  

Any use of coupon codes or store credit must be used when the order is placed and can not be added after the fact.  As such, we encourage you to check and confirm any codes prior to purchase. 

Store Credit:

Upon receiving your return, you will be issued a store credit in the means of a coupon code to be used online or in person at the shop.  Store credit is good for one year from the date of being issued.  After one year, all store credits expire.  Customers are responsible for retaining their store credit code.  If customers loose their code, Odessa is not responsible for issuing a new one and store credit is forfeited.

 

Brick & Mortar Policy:

All in-store purchases of full priced merchandise may be returned for store credit or exchange within 3 days of purchase, sorry no refunds.  All items must be new with tags in unworn condition. Returns must be returned in person at our store location.  We have the right to refuse returns that do not fit within our policies. Your store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a coupon code.  Customers are responsible for retaining their credit code.  If you loose your store credit code we are not responsible for issuing a new one.  Store credits are good for one year from the day of issue.
